Ref: OECS Regional Health Project Credit No. 6477-LC
Amendment to the Financing Agreement
We refer to the Financing Agreement (the "Financing Agreement") between Saint
Lucia (the "Recipient") and the International Development Association (the
"Association"), dated January 6, 2020 for the above referred Project. Please note that
capitalized terms used in this letter ("Amendment Letter") and not defined herein have the
meaning ascribed to them in the Financing Agreement.
Due to the activation of the Contingency Emergency Response Component under
the Project for the Commonwealth of Dominica, Grenada and Saint Vincent and the
Grenadines, we are pleased to inform you that the objective of the Project set forth in the
first paragraph of Schedule 1 to the Financing Agreement has been updated as set forth
below:
"The objectives of the Project are to: (a) improve preparedness capacities of health
systems for public health emergencies in the OECS region; and (b) provide a
response in the event of eligible crises or emergencies."
All other provisions of the Financing Agreement, except as herein amended, shall
remain in full force and effect.

Please confirm your agreement with the foregoing, on behalf of the Recipient, by
signing and dating two originals of this Amendment Letter and returning one fully signed
original to us. The amendment set forth in this Amendment Letter will become effective as
of the date of your countersignature, upon receipt by the Association of one fully
countersigned original of this Amendment Letter.
