2012 Review of Staff Compensation for the World Bank Group

1.      The Committees met jointly to consider the 2012 Review of Staff Compensation for the World
Bank Group (R2012-0108 [IFC/R2012-0151; MIGA/R2012-0027]; /1). The highlights and conclusions of
its discussion were circulated to the Board in a Report to the Committees (BC/GS2012-0011;
HRC/GS2012-0005).

Date of Next Meeting

2.      The Budget Committee was scheduled to meet jointly with the Audit Committee on May 30,
2012 to discuss Annual Presentation – Retirement Benefit Plans: FY13 Contributions and Outlook. The
Human Resources Committee was scheduled to meet following this meeting to receive a Briefing on
Retiree Medical Insurance Plan (RMIP).
