Supplemental Contribution A 4mendment to the Administration Agreement between the
Federal Department of Econonic Affairs, Education and Research of Switzerland, acting
through its State Secretari t for Economic Affairs, and the International Bank for
Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association
concerning the Debt Managt ment Facility Phase II (DMF II) Multi-Donor Trust Fund
(TF 072132)
1.    Reference is made to the- Administration Agreement between the Federal Department
of Economic Affairs, Educaticn and Research of Switzerland, through its State Secretariat
for Economic Affairs (the "Fonor") and the International Bank for Reconstruction and
Development and the Internati nal Development Association (collectively, the "Bank" and
together with the Donor, the "Parties" and each a "Party") regarding the Debt Management
Facility Phase II (DMF II) Multi-Donor Trust Fund (TF072132) (the "Trust Fund") effective
as of December 17, 2013 (the "Administration Agreement").
2.    The Bank acknowledges that the Donor agrees to provide a supplemental
contribution in the amount of two million five hundred thousand United States Dollars
(USD 2,500,000) (the "Contri )ution") for the Trust Fund in accordance with the terms of
this Amendment.
3.    The Donor shall deposit the Contribution in accordance with the following schedule
and in the currency specified in Section 2 above into such bank account designated by the
Bank (each amount deposited referred to as an "Installment") upon submission of a payment
request by the Bank:
(a)   by June 30, 20 5, one million five hundred thousand United States
Dollars (USD 1 500,000); and
(b)   by   June  30, 2016, one    million  United  States  Dollars
(USD 1,000,00().
Each deposit is subject to the approval by the Swiss Federal Parliament for the fiscal
year in which such deposit is to be made.
4.    When making any deposit, the Donor shall instruct its bank to include in its deposit
details information (remittance advice) field of its SWIFT deposit message, information
indicating: the amount depositt.d, that the deposit is made by the Donor for TF072132 (Debt
Management Facility Phase 11 (DMF II) Multi-Donor Trust Fund), and the date of the
deposit (the "Deposit Instruct.ons"). In addition, the Donor shall provide a copy of the
Deposit Instructions to the Bank's Accounting Trust Funds Division by e-mail sent to
tfremitadvice(@worldbank.org :r by fax sent to (202) 614-1315.

5.    All other terms of the Administration Agreement shall remain the same.
6.    The Bank will disclose this Amendment in accordance with the Bank's Policy on
Access to Information. By entering into this Amendment, the Donor consents to such
disclosure.
7.    Each of the Parties represents, by confirming its agreement below, that it is
authorized to enter into this Amendment and act in accordance with these terms and
conditions. The Parties are requested to sign and date this Amendment, and upon possession
by the Bank of this fully signed Amendment, this Amendment shall become effective as of
the date of the last signature.
