INDONESIA D AILY ECONOMIC UPDAT E Friday, 10 August 2018 ECONOMIC HIGHLIGHTS  The central banks of Indonesia and Australia have agreed to extend the Bilateral local Currency Swap Arrangement (BCSA), as the existing agreement that has been in place for three years will expire in December.  The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology is to simplify the licensing in telecommunication and internet fields from the 36 existing regulations to 5 regulations, in an effort to support the development of financial technology (fintech).
