 Implementation Status and Key Decisions

  Key activities have been initiated with the support of the Bank team. However, there have been delays in few important activities, including (i)
  software module for the targeting system of health insurance contribution exemptions and training for piloting and roll-out, (ii) procurement of IT
  equipment for operationalization of the targeting system for health insurance contribution exemptions, and capacity building activities for centers for
  social work that will be responsible for the implementation of the targeting system. In addition, it is important to highlight that due to government
  changes, the draft regulation on the targeting system for health insurance contribution exemptions (Administrative Guideline (AI)) has not been
  approved yet, hence roll-out of the new reform is foreseen to be delayed even after being piloted, until the draft regulation is approved by the new
  Government.
