Re: Land Registry and Cadastre Modernization Project (Loan No. 7537-TU)
Reallocation of Loan Proceeds and Extension of Closing Date
Pursuant to your letter dated October 23 and email dated October 31, 2012, requesting us
to reallocate the Loan proceeds and extend the Closing Date of the above-referenced Loan, I am
pleased to inform you that the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the
Bank) concurs with your request.
Accordingly, the Bank hereby reallocates the proceeds of the Loan allocated in the table
in paragraph 2 of Section IV.A of Schedule 2 to the Loan Agreement dated June 9, 2008,
between the Republic of Turkey and the Bank and the revised table is as follows:
