  Mozambique - First Climate Change Development Policy Credit

  2.       The Executive Directors considered the President's Memorandum and Recommendation
  (IDA/R2012-0303, dated December 28, 2012) and approved the First Climate Change Development
  Policy Credit to Mozambique in the amount of SDR 32.6 million (US$50 million equivalent) on the
  payment terms and other terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum.
 
  China - Loan - Hunan Forest Restoration and Development Project
 
  3.       The Executive Directors recorded their approval on January 17, 2013 of the loan to China for a
  Hunan Forest Restoration and Development Project in the amount of US$80 million on the payment
  terms and other terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (R2012-0259, dated
  December 26, 2012). Mr. Solomon (via email dated January 16, 2013) wished to be recorded as
  abstaining.
 
  Nicaragua - Additional Financing Grant - Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project
 
  4.       The Executive Directors recorded their approval on January 17, 2013 of the additional financing
  grant to Nicaragua for a Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project in the amount of SDR 4 million
  (US$6 million equivalent) on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum
  (IDA/R2012-0302; /2, dated December 28, 2012 and January 3, 2013, respectively).

  Peru - Loan - Basic Education Project

  5.      The Executive Directors recorded their approval on January 17, 2013 of the loan to Peru for a
  Basic Education Project in the amount of US$25 million on the payment terms and other terms and
  conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (R2012-0263, dated December 26, 2012).

  Date of Next Meeting

  6.      It was agreed to hold a meeting of the Executive Directors of the Bank and IDA on Tuesday,
  January 29, 2013.
