Amendment No. 2 to the Administration Arrangement between the Government of Canada, as
represented by the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development and the International
Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association
concerning the Mozambique Primary Health Care Strengthening Program-for-Results Multi-
Donor Trust Fund (Trust Fund No. TF073042) (Donor Reference No. P002629)


1. Reference is made to the Administration Arrangement between the Government of Canada, as
represented by the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (the “Donor”) and the
International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development
Association (collectively, the “Bank”, and together with the “Donor,” the “Participants” and each
a “Participant”) regarding the Mozambique Primary Health Care Strengthening Program-for-
Results Multi-donor Trust Fund No. TF073042 (the “Trust Fund”) effective as of March 26, 2018,
as amended (the “Administration Arrangement”).

2. The Participants mutually decided to amend the Administration Arrangement as follows:

     (a) Paragraph 3 of the Administration Arrangement will be deleted and replaced with the
     following:

     “3.The Donor will deposit the Contribution in accordance with the following schedule and in
     the currency specified in paragraph 1 above (“Contribution Currency”) into such bank account
     designated by the Bank (each amount deposited hereinafter referred to as an “Installment”)
     upon submission of a payment request by the Bank:

     (A) Promptly following countersignature, CAD 14,990,000 from the donor’s fiscal year
     2017-2018;

     (B) By March 31, 2019, CAD 15,010,000 from donor’s fiscal year 2018-2019;

     (C) By March 31, 2020, CAD 15,000,000 from donor’s fiscal year 2019-2020;

     (D) By March 31, 2021, CAD 15,000,000 from donor’s fiscal year 2020-2021;

     (E) By March 31, 2022, CAD 586,923.89 from donor’s fiscal year 2021-2022;

     (F) By March 31, 2022, CAD 4,643,076.11 from donor’s fiscal year 2021-2022; and

     (G) By May 15, 2022, CAD 9,770,000 from donor’s fiscal year 2022-2023.


3.      All other terms of the Administration Arrangement shall remain the same.

4.       Each of the Participants represents, by confirming its acceptance below, that it is authorized
to enter into this Amendment and act in accordance with its provisions. The Participants are each

requested to sign and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed
Amendment, this Amendment will come into effect as of the date of the last signature.
