Amendment to the Supplemental Contribution and Fifth Amendment to the
Administration Agreement between the Republic of Albania and the
International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the
International Development Association concerning the Multi-Donor Trust
Fund in Support of the Decade of Roma Inclusion Trust Fund (TFO70367)
Dear Mr. Klosi:
1.     We refer to the Supplemental Contribution and Fifth Amendment to the
Administration Agreement between the Republic of Albania (the "Donor") and the
International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International
Development Association (collectively, the "Bank") regarding the Multi-Donor Trust
Fund in Support of the Decade of Roma Inclusion Trust Fund (the "Trust Fund")
(TF070367) dated September 29, 2014 (the "Supplemental Contribution and Fifth
Amendment to the Administration Agreement").
2.     Pursuant to recent discussions between the Donor and the Bank, the Donor and the
Bank agree to amend paragraph 2 of the Supplemental Contribution and Fifth Amendment
to the Administration Agreement to reduce the amount of the Supplemental Contribution
as follows:
Paragraph 2 is deleted in its entirety and replaced by the following:
"We are pleased to acknowledge on behalf of the Bank, the intention of the
Donor to make available to Trust Fund, an additional contribution of up to
Five Thousand Five Hundred Euro (E5,500) (the "Supplemental
Contribution") as a grant for the Trust Fund."
3.    The Donor has already deposited the Supplemental Contribution into such bank
account designated by the Bank.

4.     All other terms of the Supplemental Contribution and Amendment to the
Administration Agreement shall remain the same.
5.     The Bank will disclose this Amendment and related information on this Trust
Fund accordance with the World Bank Policy on Access to Information. By entering
into this Amendment, the Donor consents to disclosure of this Amendment and related
information on this Trust Fund.
6.     Please confirm your understanding to the foregoing, on behalf of the Donor, by
signing, dating, and return to us one of the enclosed originals of this Amendment. Upon
receipt by the Bank of the original of this Amendment countersigned by you, this
Amendment will become effective as of the countersignature.
