The mission confirmed that the overall project implementation has improved, and that good progress has been made in several areas. These include the approval of the Laws on Pre-University Education and Higher Education, the finalization of the school mapping exercise and of the standards for the design Page 1 of 8 The World Bank Report No: ISR4924 and construction of pre-university education facilities. While overall implementation has improved, this is not yet reflected in the project disbursement which continues to be low.
