The credit (USD 300 million) is effective since February 13, 2020. This project is co-financed by the French Development Agency (AFD) for an additional amount of 90 million Euro that was approved by the AFD Board on December 19, 2019 and is now effective. The Project implementation Unit is fully staffed and operational. The first Work Plan (2020) is underway.
