Amendment No. 4 to the Administration Arrangement between the United Kingdom of Great Britain
    and Northern Ireland, acting through the Department for International Development and the
    International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development
Association regarding the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for the Sahel Adaptive Social Protection Program,
    Trust Fund (Trust Fund No. TF072741 parallel to original Trust Fund No. TF072151)

1.      Reference is made to the Administration Arrangement between the United Kingdom of Great
Britain and Northern Ireland, acting through the Department for International Development (“DFID”)
(the “Donor”) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International
Development Association (collectively, the “Bank” and together with the Donor, the “Parties” and each a
“Party”), regarding the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for the Sahel Adaptive Social Protection Program, Trust
Fund No. TF072151 (the “Original Trust Fund”) effective as of March 10, 2014, as amended (the
“Administration Arrangement”). Reference is also made to the Supplemental Arrangement between the
Donor and the Bank for Multi-Donor Trust Fund for the Sahel Adaptive Social Protection Program,
TF072741 (the “Parallel Trust Fund”), effective as of January 25, 2017 (the “Supplemental
Arrangement”).

2.       The Bank is pleased to acknowledge that the Donor has decided to provide a contribution in the
amount of two million five hundred fifty five thousand nine hundred fifty eight United States Dollars and
seventy three cents (USD2,555,958.73) (including any investment income earned until the date of
transfer) (the "Contribution"), which represents the Donor's pro rate share of the remaining balance of the
Multi-Donor Trust Fund for Sahel Adaptive Social Protection Program, Original Trust Fund in
accordance with the provisions of the Supplemental Arrangement.

3.      The Donor hereby authorizes the Bank, promptly following countersignature of this amendment
(the "Amendment"), to transfer the Contribution from the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for the Sahel Adaptive
Social Protection Program, TF072151 (Original Trust Fund) to TF072741 (Parallel Trust Fund).

4.      All other provisions of the Administration Arrangement will remain the same.

5.     The Bank will disclose this Amendment in accordance with the Bank's Policy on Access to
Information. By entering into this Amendment, the Donor consents to such disclosure.

6.      Each of the Donor and the Bank represents, by confirming its acceptance below, that it is
authorized to enter into this Amendment and act in accordance with its provisions. The Donor and the
Bank are each requested to sign and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully
signed Amendment, this Amendment will come into effect as of the date of the last signature.
