The project is on target to achieveits PDO. During the first two years of implementation, the three schools have received provincial recognition for improvements inquality and relevance. Teachers, students, and industry officials have offered a positive assessment of school reforms and upgradedfacilities and equipment. As of July10, the cumulative disbursement was approximately USD 12.12 million, accounting for over 60 percent of loanfunds. Procurement has been in accordance with Bank procurement policies and procedures. The PMO and PIUs are functioningwell.Therefore the project is being implemented in a satisfactory manner.
