Commitment stands at 99% of the total grant amount ($64.5m out of $65m). As most of the works have been implemented, contract closings are hindered by the excessive period it takes contractors to submit tax certificates. The MOB-PMT is taking steps to correct the situation and forecasts an acceleration in disbursements in the next months.
