Amendment to the Administration Agreement between the Td naiste and Minister for Foreign
Affairs and Trade of Ireland, hereinafter referred to as the Irish Aid, represented by the
Embassy of Ireland in Addis Ababa and the International Development Association regarding
the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for the Ethiopia Protection of Basic Services Social
Accountability Program (TFO71654)
1. Reference is made to the Administration Agreement between the Irish Aid ("Donor") and the
International Development Association ("Bank") regarding the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for the
Ethiopia Protection of Basic Services Social Accountability Program Trust Fund No. TFO71654
("Trust Fund") effective as of July 21, 2011, as amended ("Administration Agreement").
2. The Donor and the Bank agree to the following amendment to the Administration Agreement:
(a)   Section 8.1 of Annex 2 will be deleted and replaced with the following:
"8.1 It is expected that the Contribution will be fully disbursed by the Bank by
June 30, 2019. The Bank shall only disburse Contributions for the purposes of this
Agreement after such date with the written approval of the Donors."
3.     All other terms of the Administration Agreement will remain the same.
4.    The Bank will disclose this Amendment in accordance with the Bank's Policy on Access
to Information. By entering into this Amendment, the Donor consents to such disclosure.
5.    Each of the Donor and the Bank represents, by confirming its agreement below, that it is
authorized to enter into this Amendment and act in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The Donor and the Bank are requested to sign and date this Amendment, and upon possession by
the Bank of this fully signed Amendment, and provided that any relevant amendments to existing
administration agreements between the Bank and other donors to the Trust Fund have become
effective, this Amendment will become effective as of the last date of countersignature of the
respective amendments signed by all donors contributing to the Trust Fund.
