  2.      The Executive Directors recorded their approvals on January 27, 2012 of the Minutes of the joint
  meeting held on December 15, 2011 (M2011-0093 [IDA/M2011-0093, IFC/M2011-0064,
  MIGA/M2011-0029]; on January 31, 2012 of the Minutes of the joint meeting held on January 12, 2012
  (M2012-0002 [IDA/M2012-0002, IFC/M2012-0002, MIGA/M2012-0002]; and, on February 2, 2012 of
  the Minutes of the joint meeting held on January 24, 2012 (M2012-0005 [IDA/M2012-0005,
  IFC/M2012-0005, MIGA/M2012-0003]).
 
  Dominican Republic - Country Partnership Strategy Progress Report
 
  3.      The Executive Directors recorded their noting on January 31, 2012 of the joint IBRD-IFC
  Country Partnership Strategy Progress Report for the Dominican Republic for the period
  FY2010-FY2013 (R2012-0004[IFC/R2012-0003], dated January 6, 2012).

  4.      It was agreed to hold a meeting of the Executive Directors of the Bank and IDA on Thursday,
  February 16, 2012.
