                 Agreement Between the United Nations and the Association


RESOLVED:

   THAT the Board of Governors of the International Development Association hereby approves
the terms and conditions of the Agreement between the United Nations and the Association,
presented by the Executive Directors to the Board of Governors with their Report, dated January
13, 1961.
