Macroeconomic policy and trade liberalization (English)

Due to the critical linkages between macroeconomic policy and trade liberalization, this paper discusses how the two should be conducted simultaneously. To set the stage for this discussion, section 2 describes the critical features of the economic environment in the country pursuing a more liberalization effort and its likely longer-run effects on resource allocation.
