  Lao P.D.R. - Second Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper - PRSP (National Socio-Economic
  Development Plan (2011-2015) - NSEDP) and Joint IDA-IMF Staff Advisory Note

  2.      The Executive Directors discussed the Second Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper (PRSP) for Lao
  P.D.R. (National Socio-Economic Development Plan (2011-2015) - NSEDP) and a Joint IDA-IMF Staff
  Advisory Note on the PRSP (NSEDP) (IDA/SecM2011-0693, dated December 2, 2011). (The Chair’s
  Summing Up of the discussion was subsequently distributed as IDA/SU2012-0002, dated January 13,
  2012.)

  Kyrgyz Republic - Additional Financing Credit and Grant, and Proposal to Restructure - Bishkek
  and Osh Urban Infrastructure Project (BOUIP)
 
  3.       The Executive Directors approved the additional financing credit and the additional financing
  grant to the Kyrgyz Republic in the amounts of SDR 5.5 million (US$8.7 million equivalent) and SDR
  4.5 million (US$7.1 million equivalent), respectively, and the restructuring of the Bishkek and Osh Urban
  Infrastructure Project, on the payment terms and other terms and conditions set out in the President’s
  Memorandum (IDA/R2011-0347, dated December 21, 2011).
 
  Guinea - Health Sector Support Project - Proposal to Restructure
 
  4.       The Executive Directors recorded their approval on January 9, 2012 of the recommendation
  contained in paragraph 6 of the President's Memorandum entitled "Guinea - Health Sector Support Project
  - Proposal to Restructure" (IDA/R2011-0349, dated December 28, 2011).
 
  Remuneration of Senior Advisors to Executive Directors
 
  5.       The Executive Directors recorded their approval on January 9, 2012 of the report entitled
  "Remuneration of Senior Advisors to Executive Directors" (R2011-0283/1[IDA/R2011-0351/1,
  IFC/R2011-0354/1, MIGA/R2011-0087/1], dated December 28, 2011 and January 5, 2012, respectively).
  Mr. Fayolle, Mr. Huber, and Ms. Moorehead (via emails dated January 9, 2012) wished to be recorded as
  abstaining.

  6.       It was agreed to hold a meeting of the Executive Directors of the Bank and IDA on Thursday,
  January 17, 2012.
