II. Grant Development Objective(s) and Expected Key Performance Indicators

Grant Development Objective(s)
The objective of the grant supplement will be the same as the original grant, that is, to lay the foundations
for strengthening community level governance, and support community-managed sub-projects comprising
reconstruction and development that improve the access of rural communities to social and productive
infrastructure and services. The proposed additional financing will increase the coverage from 300
villages in 7 districts to 1118 villages in 24 districts.
Expected Key Performance Indicators: (maximum 5 indicators)
Objective 1: Inclusive local governance:
• Number of villages with Community Development Councils established
• Number of villages with women represented in Development Councils
Objective 2: Improved access to social and productive infrastructure and services:
• Number of villages with funded community projects completed or under implementation
