Amendment to the Financinz Azreement
Dear Mr. Kurboniyon:
We refer to the Financing Agreement between the Republic of Tajikistan (the Recipient)
and the International Development Association (the Association) for the above referenced Project
dated August 23, 2012 (Financing Agreement), and to the letter from the Recipient dated February
20, 2015 requesting an amendment to the Financing Agreement for the Project to: i) extend the
current Closing Date of the Project by duration of eight months (i.e. from August 31, 2015 until
April 30, 2016) and ii) amend the Grant Financing Agreement for the purposes of Reallocation of
residual grant proceeds between appropriate Disbursement Categories.
We are pleased to concur with your request and agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
1. Table set forth under Schedule 2, Section IV.A.2 to the Financing Agreement is hereby
amended as follows:

Please confirm your agreement with the foregoing by countersigning, dating and returning
to us a hard copy of this letter. The amendment shall become effective upon our receipt of the
countersigned copy of this letter.
