Both exports and imports declined by 11.3 percent and 14.0 percent yoy, respectively.  External debt grew by 7.2 percent yoy to USD 383.3 billion at the end January, consisting of government and central bank external debt of USD 190.2 billion, as well as the private sector, including state-owned enterprises, external debt of USD 193.1 billion.
