I refer to the Arrangement (Arrangement) for the above project signed by DFID and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development - International Development Association (the Bank) on 31 May 2007, and its amendments on 28 February 2008 and 16 September 2009. Following recent discussions, DFID propose to change the end date to 30 June 2012 including a 6-month grace period . 2. I therefore propose that the end date of 31 March 2011 in paragraph 2.b of the Amendment 2 be deleted and replaced by 30 June 2012 . 3. This letter of amendment will place on record our common understanding of the above change and will come into operation on the date you sign your confirmation below.
