Disbursement Letter - Corrigendum
We refer to the Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Fund Grant Agreement dated
September 15, 2012 between the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan ("Recipient") and the
International Development Association, acting as administrator of the Afghanistan
Reconstruction Trust Fund ("Administrator") ("Grant Agreement").
We further refer to the Disbtrsement Letter signed by the Administrator along with the
Grant Agreement for the above project ("Disbursement Letter").
We note that, due to an oversight, the Disbursement Letter reflects an incorrect grant
number, that is, TF213093 instead of TF013093 (emphasis added). We request you to please
use the latter in the future.
Further, we note that the date on the cover page of the Disbursement Letter was not
updated before signing of the Grant Agreement and the Disbursement Letter.     The
Disbursement Letter should reflect September 15, 2012 (emphasis added), which is the date
of the signing of the Grant Agreement, instead of September 04, 2012. We request you to
kindly update your records accordingly.
All other terms and conditions of the Disbursement Letter, except as amended herein,
remain unchanged.
