The Bank and the client have made major project decisions, which are expected to resolve technical and procurement issues related to implementation of civil works on M4 Baku-Shamakhi road and result in further acceleration of physical progress. The recent Bank mission has reviewed with the government counterparts the progress in the preparation of Additional Financing for the Third Highway Project and confirmed that preparatory activities have been largely completed.
