2015 WBG Employee Engagement Survey – Update on Follow Up Actions (HRC2015-0012)

1.      The Committee considered the document entitled 2015 WBG Employee Engagement Survey –
Update on Follow Up Actions (HRC2015-0012). A report from the Committee to the Board will be
prepared.

Date of Next Meeting

2.     The Committee is scheduled to meet on December 14 to discuss The World Bank Quarterly
Business and Risk Review FY16 Q1 (Part A: Chapter 4 - Staffing), the Strategic Staffing Update and under
Other business: Cooling-off period and Increased Retirement Age.
