ADDENDUM no. 2
TO THE AGREEMENT FOR ADVISORY SERVICES
ON ASSISTANCE TO THE MINISTRY OF NATIONAL EDUCATION FOR
REDUCING EARLY SCHOOL LEAVING
This addendum is made the 1         day of        4          2014, between the
MINISTRY OF NATIONAL EDUCATION OF ROMANIA (the "Recipient") and the
INTERNATIONAL BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT (the "Bank")
(jointly referred to as "the Parties") to the Agreement for Advisory Services on Assistance to the
Ministry of National Education for Reducing Early School Leaving (P145841) between the
Parties dated June 12, 2013 (the Agreement), as amended on February 6, 2014.
The Parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows (revisions are included in italics):
1. The table in Section 1 of Schedule I to the Agreement is modified to read as follows:

* The Estimated Delivery Time is extended until the next business day in case it falls on a holiday
or weekend.
2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement, except as amended herein, shall
remain in full force and effect.


3. This Amendment shall become effective as of the day and year first above written,
once it has been duly signed by both Parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto, acting through their duly authorized
representatives, have caused this Agreement to be signed in their respective names as of the day
and year indicated below.
