See More + This project has four components. 1) The first component, Administrative Service Modernization, aims to support improvements in Government services processes to address excessive administrative requirements, inefficiency of public institutions, ineffective communication, and other deficiencies, creating barriers for citizens and businesses in accessing Government administrative services. This component has the following four subcomponents: (i) Business Process Reengineering; (ii) Reform Management and Coordination; (iii) Expanding Access Points for Central Government E-Services; and (iv) Citizen Feedback and Outreach. 2) The second component, Digital Platform and Services, aims support the digitization of selected reengineered administrative services, complete and strengthen a common infrastructure and mechanisms for rapid deployment of ICT-enabled administrative services, and introduce Government-wide IT management and cyber security standards and procedures. This component has the following three subcomponents: (i) Digital Services; (ii) Digital Platforms; and (iii) IT Management and Cyber Security. 3) The third component, Service Delivery Model Implementation, supports the alignment of institutional and staff capabilities of key Government agencies with the new citizen-centric model and digital administrative service delivery arrangements, implemented under Components 1 and 2. It has the following three subcomponents: (i) Institutional Capability Development; (ii) Capacity Development; and (iii) Enhancing Performance in Service Delivery. 4) The fourth component, Project Management, aims to finance the Project Implementation Unit (PIU), based in the eGC and will cofinance the core eGC management team. It has the following two components: (i) Project Management Unit; and (ii) E-Government Center Management.
