Amendment to the Financing Agreement and SIDA Co-financing Grant
Agreement
Honorable Rotich:
We refer to the amended and restated financing agreement (Financing
Agreement) dated July 7, 2015, as amended to date, bctween the Republic of Kenya
("Recipient") and the International Development Association ("Association") and the
SIDA Co-financing Grant Agreement (Grant Agreement") dated July 7, 2015
(collectively, the "Agreements") between the Recipient and the Association. We also
refer to the Recipient's letter dated November 29, 2017, requesting some amendments
to the Agreements.
We are pleased to inform you that the Association concurs to your request;
we hereby propose to amend the Agreements as follows:
1. Credit No. 4873-KE
The table in Section IV A. 2. to Schedule 2 is deleted and replaced with the following:

dating the two original copies of this letter and returning one countersigned original
copy to the Association.

Upon receipt of the said countersigned original, the amendments herein shall
take effect from July 7, 2015, (but not until the amendment to the Co-financing
Agreement has taken effect).
