A unified implementation plan for internal and external quality assurance will be prepared by SISQE and MHSSE. The SISQE, the MHSSE, and the Bank team also discussed a need to conform a Coordination committee or working group between the two entities to guarantee a coordinated and articulated implementation of Comments: the QA sub-component of the Project.
