It concluded that the PPAP Development Objectives remain achievable. Indeed, cocoa and coffee yields, as well as smallholder producers' income increase, have already reached their targets or are close to be. In particular, the completion of feeder roads rehabilitation under Component 3 is crucial to allow smallholder producers accessing markets and buyers. The Productive Partnerships component is progressing well and Partnerships should now finalize their Sustainability Strategy in view of project's closing in June 2019.
