Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between the United States Agency for International Development
 and the International Development Association regarding the Integrated Social Protection System
                            Single-Donor Trust Fund (No.TF072727)



1.      Reference is made to the Agreement between the United States Agency for International
Development (“USAID”) and the International Development Association (the “Bank” and together with
USAID, the “Parties” and each a “Party”) regarding the Integrated Social Protection System Single-Donor
Trust Fund No.TF072727 (the “Trust Fund”) effective as of February 8, 2017 (the “Agreement”).

2.     USAID and the Bank agree to the following amendment to the Agreement:

       Section B. of Attachment 1 (“Schedule”) shall be deleted and replaced with the following:

       “B.     Period of Grant

       “1.      The effective date of this Grant is as of the date stated in the cover letter. The expiration
       date of this Grant is January 31, 2022.

       2.      Funds obligated hereunder are available for program expenditures for the estimated period
       from the date of signature to January 31, 2022, as shown in the Grant Budget below.”

3.     All other terms of the Agreement shall remain the same.

4.       USAID and the Bank represent, by confirming the agreement below, that they are authorized to
enter into this Amendment and act in accordance with these terms and conditions. USAID and the Bank are
requested to sign and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed
Amendment, this Amendment shall come into effect as of the date of the last signature.
