As of November 2018, the establishment of the Real Estate Cadastre (REC) and data harmonization have been completed in 413 of the 468 target Cadastral Municipalities (CMs), benefiting almost 1.3 million owners, 35 percent of whom are women. Since May 2018, the number of CMs with data publicly accessible online has increased from 52% to 76%, and the implementing agencies expect to achieve the end-target of 100% in early 2019. In both entities, the implementing agencies reported good progress in addressing Information Technology (IT) -related issues. The RS cadastre and REC data have been publicly available online since October 4, 2018, and the RGA has initiated the preparation of a new IT strategy.
