The Executive Directors considered the President's Memorandum and Recommendation (IDA/R2012-0300, dated December 26, 2012) and approved the Myanmar Reengagement and Reform  Support Development Policy Credit in the amount of SDR 287.75 million (US$440 million equivalent), including two policy waivers under OP 13.40 and OP 13.00, respectively, on the payment terms and other  terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum.  Nepal - Loan, and Grant from the Pilot Program for Climate Resilience (PPCR) Trust Fund of the Strategic Climate Fund (SCF) - Building Resilience to Climate-Related Hazards Project  3. The Executive Directors recorded their approval on January 15, 2013 of the loan, and, of the  grant to Nepal from the Pilot Program for Climate Resilience (PPCR) of the Strategic Climate Fund (SCF) for a Building Resilience to Climate-Related Hazards Project in the amounts of US$15 million and  US$16 million, respectively, on the payment terms and other terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (R2012-0261, dated December 20, 2012), and the provisions of the CTF-SCF  whose establishment was approved by the Executive Directors of the Bank and IDA (M2008-0052[IDA/M2008-0052]).  Approval for the Public Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF) Trust Fund to Finance  Activities in Myanmar, An IDA Member in Arrears  4. The Executive Directors recorded their approval on January 10, 2013 of the recommendation contained in paragraph 9 of the President's Memorandum entitled "Approval for the Public Private  Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF) Trust Fund to Finance Activities in Myanmar, An IDA Member in Arrears" (R2012-0262[IDA/R2012-0298], dated December 28, 2012).  Date of Next Meeting  5. It was agreed to hold a meeting of the Executive Directors of the Bank and IDA on Thursday,  January 24, 2013.  Adjournment  6.
