Re: TFOA2268- Indonesia Infrastructure Finance Development Project
Amendment of Grant Agreement
I refer to the Grant Agreement, dated April 25, 2016 ("Grant Agreement") between the
Republic of Indonesia ("Recipient") and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development
("World Bank"), acting as administrator of Indonesia Infrastructure Finance Development ("Trust
Fund") regarding the above-mentioned project ("Project"), and to your letter dated May 21, 2018,
requesting an increase of Grant amount for the Project.
The World Bank is pleased to inform you that, after due consideration, it has agreed to the
request as set forth below:
Article 3.01 of the Grant Agreement is amended to increase the Grant amount as follows:
"The World Bank agrees to extend to the Recipient, on the terms and conditions set forth or
referred to in this Agreement, a grant in an amount equal to four million nine hundred thousand
United States Dollars ($4,900,000) ("Grant") to assist in financing the Project".
Except as specifically set out in this letter, all terms and conditions in the Grant Agreement
remain unchanged.
The World Bank will disclose this amendment letter and related information on this Project in
accordance with the World Bank Policy on Access to Information. By entering into this amendment,
the Recipient consents to disclosure of this amendment letter and related information on this Project.
