Amendment No. 1 to the Administration Agreement between the Kingdom of Norway and the
International Bank for Reconstruction and Development regarding the
Indonesia Oceans, Marine Debris and Coastal Resources Multi-Donor Trust Fund
(Trust Fund No. TFO 72956) (Donor No. INS-i 7/0001)
1.    Reference is made to the Administration Agreement between the Kingdom of Norway, as
represented by its Ministry of Foreign Affairs, (the "Donor") and the International Bank for
Reconstruction and Development (the "Bank" and together with the Donor, the "Parties" and each a
"Party") regarding the Indonesia Oceans, Marine Debris and Coastal Resources Multi-Donor Trust
Fund (Trust Fund No. TF072956) effective as of November 29, 2017 (the "Administration
Agreement").
2.    Reference is also made to the communication addressed from the Donor, dated November 23,
2018, stating that all rights and obligations pertaining to the Kingdom of Norway under the Agreement
has been transferred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Norway. Consequently, any
reference to the "Kingdom of Norway" and the "Kingdom of Norway, as represented by its Ministry
of Foreign Affairs" in the Administration Agreement shall be deleted and replaced with the "Ministry
of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Norway".
3.    The Bank acknowledges that the Donor agrees, subject to legislative appropriations, to provide
an additional contribution in the sum of ten million Norwegian Kroner (NOK 10,000,000) (the
"Contribution") for the Trust Fund in accordance with the terms of the Administration Agreement.
4.    The Donor shall deposit the Contribution in the currency specified in paragraph 2 above into
such bank account designated by the Bank promptly following countersignature of this amendment
(the "Amendment") and submission of a payment request by the Bank.
5.    When making a deposit, the Donor shall instruct its bank to include in its deposit details
information (remittance advice) field of its SWIFT deposit message, information indicating: the
amount deposited, that the deposit is made by the Donor for Trust Fund No. TF072956 (the Indonesia
Oceans, Marine Debris and Coastal Resources Multi-Donor Trust Fund), and the date of the deposit
(the "Deposit Instructions"). In addition, the Donor shall provide a copy of the Deposit Instructions to
the Bank's Accounting Trust Funds Division by e-mail sent to tfremitadvice@worldbank.org or by fax
sent to (202) 614-1315.
6.    All other terms of the Administration Agreement shall remain the same.

7.     Each of the Parties represents, by confirming its agreement below, that it is authorized to enter
into this Amendment and act in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Parties are requested
to sign and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed Amendment,
this Amendment shall become effective as of the date of the last signature.
