The loan was declared effective on February 15th, 2018 and the Borrower subsequently withdrew an advance of EUR 43 million (25% of the total loan amount). On May 15th, the Borrower notified the Bank of the achievement of results under DLI 1 and DLI 6. The Bank confirmed the achievement of these results and an amount of EUR 15.52 million was made available for disbursement. The first implementation support mission was carried out from April 16 to May 10. The next implementation support mission is planned for November 2018.
