Enhancing Learning Teaching and Assessment (ELTA) and English Language Skills Enhancement (ELSE) development projects, where targets have been surpassed. Quality assurance (QA) has also achieved or exceeded targets.  Results Area Three: Promoting Research, Development and Innovation (RDI), where annual targets have been surpassed. All Program Development Objective (PDO) indicators for the current stage of the Program have been achieved and even exceeded. Three out of four disbursement linked indicator (DLI) targets due at the end of 2018 or thereafter have also been achieved and indeed surpassed. AHEAD is entitled to USD 7 million and SDR 1.5 million based on these results. The remaining DLI, to a value of SDR 4.45 million, also appears to have been achieved but is pending completion of the independent verification report. Nearly all intermediate outcome indicators have also been achieved.
