1.      The Committee discussed the document entitled IFC FY18-20 Strategy and Business Outlook –
Creating Markets and Mobilizing Private Capital (IFC/SecM2017-0046). A report from the Committee
to the Board was prepared.

Date of Next Meeting

2.   The Budget Committee was scheduled meet jointly with the Audit Committee in the afternoon.
CODE was scheduled to meet jointly the Budget Committee on April 4, 2017.
