The following specific milestones have been achieved 1. The project has achieved a physical and financial progress of 97% and 98% ( as at May 15, 2015) respectively for its rehbilitation contracts. All twelve contracts for maintenance, co-financed by the Bank have also been substantially completed. The road asset management system with several modules have been installed and is operational whilst the relevant staff are being trained. All of the project activities are on schedule to be completed by project closing date. 2. It is currently envisaged that the project savings of approx. USD 12 million will be cancelled prior to the closure of the project in order for same to be utilised in the next project. 3. All of the values for indicatiors other than the network level indicators and those that have to be completed after the completion of civil works have been received and have achieved their targets. The network level data for a particular year is collected and analysed in the following year and accordingly, the network level indicators are available only up to the year 2012 ( collected and analysed in 2013) and the delay is due to the establishment and operationlising of the new asset management system which is a major accomplishment of the RDA. The RDA is expected to analyse the data already collected for the years 2013 and 2014 and produce M&E reports and share with the Bank by August 2015. An ISR will then be filed to include all of the incomplete indicators. 4. A draft of the Implementation completion report of the borrower has been shared with the Bank in advance of the ICR mission of 8-12 June 2015.
