Executive Directors' FY16 Q3 Budget Review and
Executive Directors' FY17 Budget

1.    The Committee discussed the papers “Executive Directors' FY16 Q3 Budget Review
(COGAM2016-0015) and Executive Directors' FY17 Budget (COGAM2016-0016)”. A report from the
Committees to the Board will be prepared.


Proposed changes to Parental Leave of the IBRD Executive Directors and their Alternates
Change of Benefits upon change of Appointment from Senior Advisor to a position of Advisor in
Executive Director’s Offices or Another Staff Member at the WBG

2.     The Committee discussed the papers “Proposed changes to Parental Leave of the IBRD Executive
Directors and their Alternates (COGAM2016-0013) and “Change of Benefits upon change of
Appointment from Senior Advisor to a position of Advisor in Executive Director’s Offices or Another
Staff Member at the WBG” (COGAM2016-0014). A report from the Committees to the Board will be
prepared.

3.     COGAM is scheduled to meet at an informal meeting on June 17 on the Dynamic Formula.
