First Amendment of the Disbursement Letter dated January 20, 2015
Additional Instructions: Disbursement
Excellency:
I refer to the Financing Agreement between the International Development Association
(the "Association") and the Democratic Republic of Congo (the "Recipient"), for the above-
referenced project dated herewith in. The Agreement provides that the Association may issue
additional instructions regarding the withdrawal of the proceeds of IDA financing ("Grant and
Credit") D021-ZR and 5572-ZR (collectively "Financing"). I also refer to the Disbursement Letter
dated January 20, 2015.
The related section of the Disbursement Letter shall be revised as follows: section II (vi) to
amend the ceiling of the Designated Account.
* Ceilings (subsection 6.1): DA-AB USD 3,600,000 for Category 2 and 3 as follows
o  IDA D0210/USD 1,100,000
o  DA 5572 / USD 2,500,000
All other instructions and attachments of the Disbursement letter (IDA Grant D021-ZR;
IDA Credit 5572-ZR) dated January 20, 2015 which are not expressly modified in accordance with
this letter, shall remain in force and effect.
