SUMMARY OF PROJECT STATUS AND PROPOSED CHANGES The World Bank Zambia Agribusiness and Trade Project () For any procurements carried out after approval of this amendment, we are seeking to change the applicable procurement guidelines from "Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Grants by World Bank Borrowers dated January 2011 and revised July 2014" to "Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Grants by World Bank Borrowers dated July 2016 and revised November 2017 and August 2018." The rationale is the increased flexibility for community procurement and procurement following private sector practices in the latest version of the procurement guidelines. Use of these updated guidelines will make project implementation more efficient. II. DETAILED CHANGES
