Major consultant assignments are now well underway for the preparation of the Strategic Development Frameworks and the Feasibility and Design studies under components 3 and 4, both of which will contribute substantially to achieving the results set out in the project's Results Framework. The UDSP project team has been encouraged to adhere closely to the action plan agreed at restructuring and, if this can be achieved, the project development objectives will likely be met.
