Since there is no effective condition, the Program became effective upon signing of the FA. Both PDO and IP are rated as Satisfactory for now. These ratings will be assessed again after the first mission that is planned for April, 2018. Overall, the progress of the Program has been satisfactory. An advance of $41.4 million has been already disbursed to the MOFEC. Program Operations Manual (POM) is expected to be finalized in early April, 2018. Task forces for each Result Area have been established and officially approved by the State Minister. The Bank team closely works with the Task forces and holds bi-weekly meetings with them in order to meet the first DLIs that are due in June 2018. Schedules for achieving the first DLIs are very tight. However, all DLIs are on track to be achieved in time.
