The THRCP-PMT is required to establish an effective Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) for the road segment-1 and other segments. the client is also required to prepare a report on Resettlement Action Plans (RAP) implementation for the completed segments. Furthermore, an independent Third Party Monitoring (TPM) to be engaged to conduct an independent report on RAP implementation for the completed segments. There has been progress made in addressing procurement delays, the government is requested to take necessary measures to speed up the procurement of the remaining contracts by drawing lessons from the already signed contracts.
