Amendment to the Transfer Agreement between the United Nations Children’s Fund and the
     International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development
             Association regarding the Pakistan National Immunization Support Project
                              Multi-Donor Trust Fund No.TF072493
                                  Sub-Trust Fund No.TF0A9751



1.      Reference is made to the Transfer Agreement (the “Agreement”) between the International Bank
for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association (collectively, the
“Trustee”), acting as trustee of the Pakistan National Immunization Support Project Multi -Donor Trust
Fund No. TF072493 (the “Trust Fund”), and the United Nations Children’s Fund, acting as a partner UN
agency (“UNICEF”, and together with the Bank, the “Parties” and each a “Party”) , effective as of March
15, 2019.

2.      The Parties agree to amend the Transfer Agreement as follows:

        Paragraph 1.1 of the Agreement shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

        “1.1. The steering committee established under the Trust Fund (“Steering Committee”) has
        approved an amount of five million two hundred sixty-four thousand three hundred seventy United
        States dollars (US$ 5,264,370) (the “Allocation”) to be transferred to UNICEF by the Trustee for
        UNICEF’s use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.”

3.      All other terms of the Transfer Agreement shall remain the same.

4.     Each of the Parties represents, by confirming its agreement below, that it is authorized to enter into
this Amendment and act in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Parties are requested to sign
and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed Amendment, this
Amendment shall become effective as of the date of the last signature.
