As of January 6, 2020 the project has disbursed $15.8 million (13%). The project’s largest contract (upgrading A3 Traversée de Bouaké [11km]) was signed on September 24, 2019 and works will begin in early 2020. The procurement processes for the upgrading the Rue de Grumiers/CHR-Cargill Traffic Circle in San Pedro and the Entrepreneurship Program (consisting of an inventory of formal and informal economic activities in Bouaké and San Pedro; a Business Plan Competition; an Accelerator; and, matching grants) are almost finalized and will begin implementation in the first quarter of 2020. There should be an update in intermediate indicator value for the "reduction in travel time" by June 30, 2020, with the expected completion and delivery of the San Pedro Airport Road and the Tollakouadiokro road in the first half of 2020.
