Regarding the mobile units, a mobile kiosk solution was proposed where people living in remote areas of the country will have both virtual and a face-to-face dependable access to government administrative procedures. As for project activities supporting Plan Ceibal (facilitating access to ICT connectivity in education centers), 133 schools out of the 300 targeted by the Project are already connected to broadband internet service. Component 2, Improving the Delivery of e-Government Services to Businesses. Project activities to strengthen the Single Window Trade (Ventanilla Única de Comercio Exterior - VUCE) were successfully launched. Worth highlighting is the work done to review the process for the ISO 9001-2015 Certification of VUCE’s Quality Management System. In addition, the National Agency for Innovation (ANII) completed the design of a National Science Archive, a national digital platform for educational books, and completed a survey of requirements and conceptual architecture of TRAMA, a repository of publications available online.
