                                 17 meeting.   It was a loan in the amount of $6.5

                                 U.S. equivalent to the Republic of Argentina for a

                             Administration Technical Assistance Project.

                                   Now being presented under Special Procedure, unless

                                   questions, we will record your approval and pass on

                                next item.
